mitherings, musings, mumbles, memories, mopes and maybe more.
Thank you for these videos. I can still remember hearing that John was dead. I was a Junior in high school working on an end-of-semester report.I couldn't believe it then and still don't understand it now.
He was a "one and only" that is for sure.So sad his life eneded so early...such a waste. He could be here still doing GOOD things in his life and making a difference.Love the songs.Suz
Great!Had a day in Liverpool in the summer. Wonderful. Last went after the war. Rough times, plenty of unemployment.Remember a man being tied up and put in a sack. The idea was to throw him in the Mersey if his mate didn't collect enough off the audience. He never did get thrown in. I was quite disappointed! I was a strange child. Happy days.
thanks for the memories. he and a handful of other greats, really filled the world with deep sorrow when their lives ended too soon.
appreciate the comments. he was one of the greats for sure.blogarita i can't access your blog anymore??:-)
Even I remember when he was shot...and I was only 7 (my mom always played music in the house while we were growing up, so the Beatles were well known to me at that age).I can't believe how time flies...
